Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and your company is ready. You only pay when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays safe. The company admin can still sign in, choose a plan and pay — everything opens again straight away.
How can I pay?
Online by card where available, or by bank transfer / cash with a payment slip. Our billing team confirms the payment and your plan is extended; you get a receipt by email.
Can I turn modules on and off?
Yes. Use only what you need — for example tracking and attendance only, or CRM and accounting only.
Do I need GPS trackers?
No. Staff are tracked through the Orbitek phone app while on duty. GPS trackers for vehicles can be added if you want them.
Can we get the app in our own company name?
Yes. A company app with your name, logo and colours can be ordered from inside Orbitek. Ask us for details.
